Had a leaking leveling Jack on my Class C motorhome. When I called he requested I send him a text with a picture of the jack and where it was leaking from. He quickly responded and requested I unscrew the plug where the leak was saying there could be a bad o-ring. It turned out that the plug just loosened up causing the leak. When a called Lippert and sent them the picture they said I had to replace the jack at $750 plus shipping. Hydraulic Master AZ could have done the same thing but they did not. That tells you the kind of customer service they provide. Thanks again for the quick response and saving me $750.

Great service we had a couple of old Gray jacks I was ready to toss them but when I looked at the price of replacing them I searched and found hydraulic masters and I'm glad I did, They not only Rebuilt them they also repainted them I didn't recognize them when they arrived great job I will always use them 👍

Amazing service very professional work had some cylinders that needed to be repaired and hydraulic Masters was the right choice I made to have repairs done I highly recommend them fast turn around time as well
